Last Minute Orders??

This post expired on April 10, 2023.

Heirloom Living Market will close for this week at noon today.

Have you checked out all of the new offerings from our Farmers/Producers and Artisans?

….A quick reference….
Heritage Farm has Lamb – Leg of Lamb, Ground Lamb, Neck Roast Slices, Rump Roast, Chops Heart, Liver, Kidneys, and the Rib Rack is on Sale this week! I have tried the Lamb Chops and ground Lamb and both were fabulous! This week I have ordered the Rib Rack – grilling seems like a good option with the weather so beautiful! Mary made a great, creative dinner with the Shoulder Roast this past week that got rave reviews from her family! Ask her for the recipe – she will have it at Market! I’d tell you what it is, but don’t want to spoil the surprise!

Patchwork Pastures is offering Raised Beds for a fantastic price! (less than 1/2 the price of what you find in the retail market) These boxes are well constructed from unfinished oak and uses re-proposed wood from manufacturing crates. They are hinged, so they are collapsible and have metal brackets making them solidly stackable. It’s time to PLANT!

My Daily Bread has added new items: Apple Bread, Cinnamon Raisin Bread, Lemon Poppyseed Bread, Banana Walnut Bread, Bagels, Pumpkin Spice Bread and Banana Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip! All of their Bakery items are Organic and Delicious! All of Dabrielle’s Jam and Jellies are on sale this week! The Blackberry Jam is awesome – homemade, organic and delicious!

Low Low Knows Bones has 3 different flavors of Organic Dog Treats. Dudley says It’s official! His favorite is the Cheese! Mary’s crew, Murphy, Kirby and Brocolli (the dog, not the veggie) also love the Cheese Treats!

Bo and Lisa’s Lil Patch have Duck Eggs that are still available. Try them for your baking recipes – what a difference duck eggs make! I also use them in Frittatas.

Little Tot’s Estate is offering Goat Milk! It is labeled for Pet Consumption as required by the Georgia Department of Agriculture and the only way that RAW milk can legally be sold in the state of Georgia. Dudley will be enjoying some this week and has asked for Goat Cheese! So Miss Mary and I will be making that a project for the weekend!

Johnston Family Farm has Cow Milk! It is labeled for Pet Consumption as required by the Georgia Department of Agriculture and the only way that RAW milk can legally be sold in the state of Georgia. Since Dudley is out of Butter, I have ordered a gallon of frozen CREAMY Milk to re-stock his supply. And of course I get milk for him every week – for his daily ration as well as the Kefir that gets made daily!

Dances With Bees has lots of great RAW honey – the GOOD stuff and the stuff that is good for us! Patti also has some Creamed Honey that sounds divine!

Good Shepherd Herbals has added Rescue Liniment to their offerings. This is recommended for insect bites and stings and to calm angry acne. Dena’s Trauma Balm has helped my Sciatica and helped Mary’s pain with her sprained ankle! Great alternative medicinals that work!

The above list contains the highlights of new offerings. Hop on over to lilburn.locallygrown.net and place your order for pickup Thursday between 4:30 and 7:30pm at Gwinnett Gymnastics Center in Lilburn!

We are looking forward to seeing you tomorrow at Market pickup!

Joyful thoughts and blessings!
