Request for Prayers

Although you all do not know Bethe Munn, the Lawrenceville Market Coordinator, I am requesting your prayers for her and her family. I grieve with my friend Bethe as she navigates the difficult journey of dealing with the loss of her Mother. Her Mom died suddenly on Friday. Please pray that God’s Love and Grace will comfort Bethe and her family and give them peace. Her Mother will be laid to rest in Mobile, Alabama on Wednesday.

Notes

Have you tried Dabrielle’s My Daily Bread FABULOUS Organic Quinoa Salad? Cucumber, tomato, red pepper, onion, greek olives, olive oil, lemon, dill, parsley, red wine vinegar, a touch of honey and chunks of Feta cheese make this one of the best Quinoa Salads I have ever eaten! It even rivals MINE! Try it today — I promise your taste buds will be so happy!

Check out Heritage Farm Beef items. I got a Beef Brisket about a month ago — I brined it, making corned beef and cooked it in the Instant Pot with Potatoes, Cabbage and Carrots! It was FABULOUS!

George and Krista of High Garden Center are back with us. George has spent the last year making many improvements to the Farm and his Gardens! New Gluten Free Bakery Bars, Microgreens, Mircrogreen Wraps and Veggies that will be coming soon, we are glad to see them back at Market!

Watsonia Farms News: I was so sorry that Asparagus was not delivered last week. All of the Organic Asparagus is gone for the year! Strawberries are going strong and will be around a while longer. We must have a minimum of 4 flats (32 quarts) ordered for Watsonia to deliver to us. At present, we have 16! You may want to order extra to freeze or dehydrate!

Unfortunately, Watsonia Farms lost a great deal of their Peach crop to the cold temperatures a month or so ago! I will keep you apprised of the availability as soon as I know any news!

Rusty of Little Tots Estate has been extremely busy with many Does kidding! The Mamas have lots of milk! Rusty’s Nigerian Dwarf goats give sweet and creamy milk. The butterfat content is high – great for drinking and for cheese! Milk is licensed for Pet Consumption Only. This is in accordance with Georgia Department of Agriculture regulations and the only way Raw Milk can be sold in the state of Georgia!

Sam of Cedar Rock Dairy takes great care with his all Jersey herd to ensure we have wonderful, rich and creamy Raw Cow Milk. Milk is licensed for Pet Consumption Only. This is in accordance with Georgia Department of Agriculture regulations and the only way Raw Milk can be sold in the state of Georgia! Get some for you Pets today!

We appreciate your support of our LOCAL Farmers and of the Market! Please SHARE the Market with friends, family, neighbors and co-workers!
