Benny, our milk delivery man, is home from the hospital; however his equilibrium has been greatly affected. Please pray for his recovery. Also, please keep Sam in your prayers. In addition to our Markets, he must continue his deliveries to his Markets in middle and south Georgia! There are only so many hours in the day! After making the trip middle Georgia yesterday to pick up milk and eggs from Sam’s Farm, Cedar Rock Dairy, Bethe Munn and I have a much greater appreciation of the efforts Sam and his staff exert to bring us fresh and delicious milk!
A very special thanks goes out to Bethe Munn for giving up her whole day on Wednesday to travel with me in her truck to pick up milk and eggs. Her generosity is the reason we all got milk yesterday! Also, Happy Birthday, Bethe! (July 15th)
Also, thanks go out to Kathy and Keb Barnes for meeting us at the Church to unload!
Birthday wishes go out to Keb Barnes who celebrated his birthday Thursday, July 14th (and didn’t tell a soul!) Hope you have a wonderful year Keb! It makes my heart smile to be around you and your wonderful wife, Kathy! The love you have for each other is truly inspiring! Thank you for all you do – both of you!

There will be Peaches delivered next Thursday. Due to a miscommunication (unfortunately it was MINE), we did not get Peaches yesterday. I apologize for the inconvenience! Don’t forget to order them this week! Also, if you have an interest in getting a half bushel of ‘seconds’, please email me at heirloomlivingmarket@gmail.com (these are slightly misshaped and Watsonia will not sell at Markets). I do not have pricing yet, but will let you know if you are interested. Great for freezing or making preserves!

Greg Hutchins of Heritage Farm has added Zephyr Squash and ‘Easter Egg’ Radishes, Rainbow Carrots, Cucumbers and Tomatoes to their offerings this week. There are also a number of specials from Heritage Farm!
This past week, Greg let me know that the processor for his Beef products had a glitch in their software that controls the printing of the labels as meat is weighed on the scale. The FDA had changed some parameters for the processor and although the processor’s label would print, he was unable to print labels for Heritage Farm. Obviously, packaging could not STOP in order for this glitch to be remedied. The Beef Products that you receive may have a label that says: Processed by (IN TEENY TINY LETTERS) Wilson Farm Meat Processing (IN LARGE LETTERS)! The label does make it appear that the product is from Wilson Farm; however, you can be assured that the meat is from Heritage Farm and is of the excellent quality we all know to expect! If you have questions, please do not hesitate to contact me at 404-432-4337.
Don’t forget your Bakery goodies! My Daily Bread offerings include all types of Organic Bakery products. In addition, Dabrielle makes some dynamite Cheese Spreads and Dips! She also has some delicious, plump and juicy Blackberries listed this week. These will not be around long, so grab them this week. Also, remember that My Daily Bread will be on vacation next week! Stock up!

No Gluten, Inc.
Wow! Mina was the “Farmer of the Day” at the Lilburn Market yesterday and judging by the way the samples were flying off the table, it was a great success! From the Blueberry Cheesecake to the Oatmeal Crisp Cookies and the Dinner Rolls – well, everyone found something to like! No Gluten Inc. is Celiac friendly and their offerings are quite impressive and delicious!. Mina developed her mixes because she was diagnosed with a severe Gluten allergy. The Bakery is dedicated to Gluten Free Baking so there is no chance for any contamination from wheat. The staff is working hard to get pictures and descriptions listed on all offerings and that should be finished this week! I ordered the Carrot Cake this past week! OH MY GOODNESS! It is delicious! Sarah treated herself and Tyler to cookies, bread and a sweet bread! Be sure and check out their offerings!

Fry Farm Vicky has listed Onions on the Special this week. There are no individual veggies listed. Vicky’s grandson has had a significant medical condition come to light and I ask for prayers for Lawson and his family. Mother Nature has not been kind to our Farmers this year and Vicky and Steve have lost a considerable amount of crop to the lack of rain and the DEER! They will list their offerings as they become available!

Nectarines and Plums
Watsonia Farms does have both Nectarines and Plums available this week at Market pickup! Look for them on the Farmers’ Sales Table. Their fruits this year are sweet, juicy and delicious! Get there early! These will not last long!
